Pedro Engrácia is Director of Strategic Planning and Management Control for eSPap, a public shared services company. He is also de Chief Communication Officer of the company.
He has MBA in Project Management, a degree in Computer Science and specializations in Software Development, Project Management and Public Management.
Since 2003 working as a Project Manager, he is the Head of Shared Services Project Management Office since 2012.
Since 2014, he is also the director of the new PMO Shared Service for the Public Sector.
He is also the president of the Portuguese Standardization Entity for Project, Programme and Portfolio Management and the former President of Portuguese Standardization Technical Committee (CT175/TC258).
Meanwhile, Pedro occasionally teaches, writes and lectures about Project Management.
